Order Confirmation.

Sales Tax.

Sales tax will be charged to all orders that are processed with a New York state shipping address, regardless of the location the product ships from. Internet retailers are required to collect taxes in states where the company has a physical presence. Red Mode NY has facilities in New York and therefore taxes are applied to orders which are shipped in New York State in accordance with IRS regulations. All sales taxes that are collected are paid to the State where the tax is collected and merchandise has been shipped from.

Cancel the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed, and the order has been shipped. If you have completed the checkout process, and no longer need the item you ordered, please view our Return and Exchange Policy. If the item is still before the scheduled release Contact Us and we will do our best to assist you.
